Brow Spa Return/Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your brow products! If something isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Here's what you need to know:

• Eligible Returns: Only unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging will be accepted for a full refund.
• Non-Refundable Items: We cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
• Return Process:
  • Please contact us by email to request a return address.
  • Securely pack the unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
  • Ship the return to the provided address. Please note: We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your own peace of mind.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and verify it meets the criteria, we'll issue a full refund for the product amount (minus any original shipping costs) within 3-7 business days. The refund will be credited directly to your original payment method.

Additional Notes:

• We reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs and additional third-party fees from your refund.
• Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your bank to process the refund after we issue it.
