First, cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser and pat it dry with a towel. Open the sachet, remove the pre-soaked towelette, and gently wipe it over your forehead, neck, and chest, evenly distributing the product. You can also apply it to the backs of your hands. Discard the towelette after use, as it is for single use only. Once your skin is dry, you can go to sleep. In the morning, cleanse your skin as usual and resume your regular skincare routine. We recommend applying SPF after treatment, as your skin may be more sensitive.

Unfortunately, due to the combination of active ingredients, we do not advise use in pregnancy.

Yes, if your skin tolerates the treatment well, you can use more than once per week however you may notice increased sensitivity due to over use.

You should notice results after the first use but this treatment is all about consistency. The more you use it on a consistent basis the better the results keep a folder on your phone of before and after pictures so you can monitor your results.

You may have some sensitivity after using the treatment and some people experience a purge.

Due to the active ingredients your skin will be sensitive. You must protect your skin with preferably an SPF 50 during the day following your treatment.

Yes you can use other products alongside the treatment. I recommend not using prescription skincare such as retinol ingredients for 24 to 48 hours either side of your treatment day.

This is just like a salon treatment and the protocol is the same. Do not use the treatment on any compromised skin, including cuts, eczema and dermatitis.
